Apply online to Stanislaus State

Please note: This application is for both the University and the School of Nursing. There is a $70 fee to apply to the University. This fee may be paid online when you apply.
Submit Official transcripts from each college attended (including in-progress) must be sent electronically to CAPEtranscripts@csustan.edu. If your college does not have an electronic transcript option, please mail your transcript to:

Please note: If you have not taken the NCLEX yet, we still encourage you to apply to the program. You must have your RN license by program orientation; otherwise, admittance to the program will be forfeited.
