Financial Aid

It is recommended that you start the financial aid process as early as possible – even if you are undecided if you want aid.

Submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form at your earliest convenience. You do not need to be admitted into the program to file your form.  Please use the following institution code when filling out your FAFSA Application: 001157. Mail the application to the address listed on the form. It takes approximately 4-6 weeks to process your FAFSA.  You will be required to reapply to FAFSA each year. **

Additionally, contact the Stanislaus State Financial Aid Office for information on financial assistance.  Students enrolled in the Online MBA Program are eligible for student loans.  Enrollment in at least two MBA/graduate courses per semester is required for you to be eligible and meet part-time status.  MBA students will need to take three MBA/graduate courses per semester to fulfill full-time status.

** Become familiar with all the Terms & Conditions of your financial aid awards. Additionally, if you are admitted into the program, your bachelor’s degree must have cleared, and your official transcripts must be received for you to enroll in courses and have financial aid be disbursed.
